We have 2 openings for a Cybersecurity Business Managers. They will be Responsible for driving Cybersecurity in our Automation Portfolio Unit (PU) and Security Portfolio Unit (PU), inside the Technology Unit (TU) Products of our Business Unit (BU) SI Buildings.
Your new responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the implementation and continuous evolution of cybersecurity strategies (e.g., Product Security, IT Assets protection) across the Portfolio, in close collaboration with the TU Product & Solution Security Officer (PSSO) and other cybersecurity experts.
- Business Enablement: Support product teams in the translation of regulatory, market, and customer cybersecurity requirements. Together with the BU certification manager, support product teams throughout internal and external certification activities.
- Regulatory Foresight & Representation: Together with the cybersecurity experts, monitor changes in the regulatory, legal and strategic landscape which could impact the PU. When relevant, join the appropriate regulatory working groups to represent the PU, participate in the definition of relevant standards, and steer the product teams to meet standard/regulatory expectations.
- Governance, Risk Management & Reporting: Assess cybersecurity risks within the PU and report them at the right level of the organization, to ensure appropriate mitigation actions are taken. Coordinates, aligns and enforces the implementation of Cybersecurity governance and guidance in the PU, in alignment with the TU/BU PSSOs and the Information Security Officer.
- Portfolio Integration: Drives the implementation of Cybersecurity services, solutions, processes, rules and regulations inside the PU, in alignment with business priorities and TU / BU security strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the PU in internal and external cybersecurity forums, regulatory committees, and customer engagements.
- Awareness & Training: Monitor the proper execution of awareness and training activities in the PU, in alignment with the BU training coordinator.
- Vulnerabilities and Incidents handling: Support the coordination of incident & vulnerability handling activities and practices in the PU, in alignment with the BU incident coordinator
Your talents and experiences
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity roles across IT, OT, and/or product security systems (PSS). Experience in industrial automation, building technologies, software or cloud applications are an advantage.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory landscapes (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO27001, CRA, NIS2, …).
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc. are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization.
- Fluent in English.
