Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position Milford, OH in is $130,541 - $189,200 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Design, develop, modify, and implement software programming for products (both internal and external) with focus on surpassing customer expectations, on achieving high quality and on time delivery. Responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanisms. Create, document, and execute software designs which may involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas. Provide input to the technical direction for one area of a product. Consult with customers regarding future upgrades and products. Provide expertise within multiple systems, software disciplines, as well as general knowledge of related disciplines, applications implications, and customer areas. Provide innovative solutions to problems in the area of acknowledged expertise. Implement code and do code reviews and software integration. Maintain and support current software tools. Gather additional requirements from users and incorporate in tools when practical. Implement new functionality. Ensure that resultant deliverable is consistent with design. Ensure that appropriate reviews and unit tests are performed. Proactively communicate and consult with other developers and customers. Review designs and/or implementations of other projects as required. Maintain technical expertise in area of specialty by following technical advances in industry and academia. Perform research to determine possible technical solutions to long-term technical issues. Communicates status of all projects, tools, and environments.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or a related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: 5 years of experience in Teamcenter or PLM domain. 3 years of experience in deployment tools of Teamcenter application such as Teamcenter Environment Manager or Deployment Center and its architecture and Data model. 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming for software development. 5 years of experience in programming languages including C, C++ and Java. 3 years of experience in Agile methodology for software development.
