Then come and join our global team as a Working Student (f/m/d) to immerse yourself in the world of IT strategy and services.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You support the development and analysis of dashboards using Power BI for IT strategy and portfolio insights, as well as the preparation and implementation of training materials and workshops
- You contribute to process documentation and visual content (e.g. with iSpring/VideoScribe)
- You support initiatives in the area of IT service management (ITSM) and the development of service portfolios
- You carry out research and help with strategic IT initiatives in all departments

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are studying in the field of IT, business informatics, economics, social economics or a comparable subject area
- You are at least for one year available
- You have at least basic experience with Power BI and are confident with Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), as well as experience in creating digital training material or explanatory videos are a plus
Your attributes and skills:
- You have a very good command of English, knowledge of German is a plus
- You have a strong talent for communication and enjoy working with others
- You approach tasks in a structured way and recognize connections thanks to your analytical way of thinking
- You act on your own initiative, show curiosity and accept feedback as a valuable opportunity for further development
- You are a master of visual storytelling and know how to present content clearly and convincingly
- You are enthusiastic about topics such as ITSM, strategic IT and modern service management
