Currently we’re looking for a Siemens Graduate Program Candidate in Customer Service (m/f/d) for Siemens Mobility Austria GmbH. Join our team in Vienna!
This is a permanent position, with the first two years dedicated to the Siemens Graduate Program. After completing the program, you will continue your career in our Customer Service team.

You’ll win us over by:
- Holding a Master’s, Doctoral degree, or equivalent, combined with substantial practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles) in a relevant field, such as:
- Any engineering discipline, e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Power Engineering
- Having at least 4 months of international experience through studying, working, or volunteering abroad
- Demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, mobility, and a proactive mindset throughout the program duration
- Bringing strong analytical skills, self-organization, and an entrepreneurial spirit – eager to innovate, drive change, take ownership, follow through, and work independently while staying organized
- Embracing cultural diversity and demonstrating openness, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-cultural teams
- Being fluent in English and German (minimum C1 level)
- Bringing a strong customer orientation and service mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality support and building lasting relationships
- Having an interest in working across different regions of Austria and Eastern Europe (e.g. Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia, etc.)
- Being interested in rail vehicles and mobility, and a desire to contribute to innovative and sustainable transport solutions

The gross annual payment for this job vacancy is 59.507,- EUR (full-time). Siemens as an international company offers additional social benefits.
