Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to support marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Forrester’s B2B Revenue Waterfall™ to align marketing and sales efforts around customer value and maximize revenue potential.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Measure and evaluate marketing performance using functional and impact metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Understand and support web analytics to track and optimize online marketing efforts.
- Leverage Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Utilize Oracle and Snowflake databases for data management and analysis.
- Apply knowledge of marketing technology, including Oracle Eloqua, Segment Data Capture, and Twilio Engage CDP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address opportunities within buying groups.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of Forrester’s B2B Revenue Waterfall™ and its application in marketing and sales alignment.
- Experience with functional and impact metrics to measure marketing performance.
- Experience with Alteryx or similar data automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The pay range for this position is 101,900 - 183,400 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
