We're seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems & Projects coordinator to join our team as key role combining HR, systems, and global project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global H2R projects in collaboration with local and international teams.
  • Manage and operate the global HRIS (Workday) including maintenance, training, and user support.
  • Take full ownership of the company’s Equity/Stock Plan, including employee and management interfaces.
  • Manage interfaces and integrations between payroll systems (Hilan) and global HR systems.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, digitalization, and change implementation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role: HRIS / HR Projects / Payroll with strong system orientation.
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday and Hilan is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills working with data, integrations, and interfaces.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and ability to drive change.
  • Handle day-to-day compensation and benefits queries, support annual review processes, and provide guidance to managers and employees on C&B matters.
  • Payroll certification advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or Economic.
