As a Senior Building Automation Engineer, you will be:
- Performing assigned project quality control reviews ensuring technical and scope accuracy while identifying change order opportunities and documenting all results
- Identifying and tracking errors and omissions provided by the Operations Centers. Identifying and communicating corrective actions while also providing best practice training
- Evaluating and responding to technical RFIs, responding to “Issues & Opportunities” record in ECT routed by the Engineering Coordinator. Performing ongoing maintenance of customer site standards in ECT
- Performing cost engineering reviews to ensure total cost of installation and material selection proposed by the Operations Centers is the most cost effective
- Informing Project Coordinator and Engineering Coordinator via ECT when submittals are ready for submission
- Providing regular coaching to project team members and Operations Center employees to ensure continuous improvement
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED
- 5+ years technical experience in the HVAC Controls
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, specifications, network, and control wiring diagrams. Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet
- Ability to work in cloud-based platforms and to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities from internal partners to meet deadlines
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $57,890 - $99,240 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
