Job Title: Principal Product Manager, Cloud & AI Security (LCS Products)

Location: US Remote

About the Role:

As a Product Manager for Security within our Lifecycle Collaboration Software (LCS) division, you will be a key leader responsible for defining and driving the security posture and roadmap for our complete LCS portfolio including our critical cloud-based and AI-enabled products. You will work with the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance. This highly visible role requires a customer-facing individual who can articulate our security vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make strategic decisions that impact revenue, customer satisfaction, and our global security footprint.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Product Ownership:
    • Define and direct the security vision and strategy for a portfolio of cloud-based and AI-enabled LCS products, including Teamcenter, Teamcenter X, Capital, Capital X, Polarion, and Polarion X.
    • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for security features and capabilities, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and end-of-life.
    • Develop and maintain the LCS security product roadmap, clearly articulating priorities and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Market & Customer Engagement:
    • Act as a primary customer-facing representative, clearly articulating the LCS security vision, strategy, and product capabilities to customers, partners, and industry analysts.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new security features and product enhancements, ensuring market success upon release.
    • Gather and analyze security standards, market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to identify emerging security threats, opportunities, and compliance requirements.
  • Compliance & Standards Leadership:
    • Drive the planning and implementation of EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance across all relevant LCS products.
    • Establish and evolve the LCS strategy for achieving and maintaining compliance with additional industry standards, such as FEDRAMP, while ensuring continuous adherence to existing standards including SOC 2, FIPS, and ISO.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution:
    • Work closely with development, engineering, and architecture teams to translate security requirements into detailed features and stories and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Collaborate directly with the LCS Security Office to enhance and mature internal security processes, including Threat Risk Analysis (TRA), vulnerability management, and incident response.
    • Manage product performance throughout its lifecycle, ensuring it meets established goals for revenue, customer satisfaction, and security efficacy.
  • Business Acumen & Decision Making:
    • Perform essential product management activities across multiple complex products and product lines.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with vendors, customers, and third parties related to security features and compliance.
    • Make critical decisions regarding product line expansion, strategic direction, and feature prioritization within the security domain.
    • Have final say on pricing, packaging, and licensing models related to security offerings across the product line.

What you will bring:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, cloud security, or AI security.
    • Demonstrated experience managing products through their entire lifecycle in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
    • Proven track record of driving compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, FIPS, GDPR, etc.); experience with EU CRA or FEDRAMP is highly desirable.
    • Experience with PLM, CAD, or manufacturing software (e.g., Teamcenter, Capital, Polarion) is a significant plus.
  • Technical Acumen:
    • Deep understanding of cloud security principles, architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and best practices.
    • Familiarity with AI/ML security challenges, data privacy, and ethical AI considerations.
    • Knowledge of common cybersecurity frameworks, threats, and mitigation strategies.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive, customer).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering secure and valuable products.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.

The pay range for this position is 151,300 - 272,400 annually with a target incentive of 10-15 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
