Senior Solution Architect for Data Cloud

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will manage the solution architecture and the further development of our Data Cloud in coordination with internal stakeholders from various business and business areas
- You will design, develop, implement and manage requirements for the Data Cloud Platform, focusing on AI enablement, data architecture, the data interfaces, as well as security, authorization and data access management
- You will develop and automate our cloud environments in terms of security, reliability, monitoring and data supply to optimize operational processes
- You will analyze innovative new AI-supported data management components and methods and pilot new solutions by designing and implementing initial proof-of-concepts

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a degree in (business) informatics, medical informatics, mathematics or comparable
- You have many years of relevant professional experience in the field of cloud services, e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and have worked in cross-functional teams
- We are also happy to welcome applicants who have completed vocational training and further education in connection with additional professional experience in this field
- You have very in-depth technical knowledge of database and data warehouse technologies (especially Snowflake or Cloud DWH solutions) as well as data integration, e.g. SAP SLT, Glue, Matillion and other ETL tools, as well as data streaming, e.g. Kafka
- You have experience designing, implementing, and supporting scalable data solutions leveraging open lakehouse technologies (storage layer, file formats, compute options), to improve reliability, performance, and interoperability across analytics platforms
- You have very in-depth knowledge of corporate data landscapes and architectural building blocks (data sets); Experience with data models from SAP ERP, SAP BI and CRM software is an advantage
- You have very good experience in developing solutions with SQL (standard and procedural), scripting languages and data transformation methods (e.g. Python, Airflow, Azure functions)
- You have experience in software development with agile working models (DevOps approach)

- You are results-oriented and have the ability to take the initiative
- They are able to handle multiple parallel tasks and prioritize accordingly to meet deadlines
- You will work closely with project managers and development teams to understand technical requirements and develop appropriate solutions
- You are a team player, have good communication skills, and can work and build relationships with people from different backgrounds and cultures
- You will work and communicate with colleagues in an international environment and have business fluency in English. You also have a good knowledge of German when communicating with your German-speaking stakeholders
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 4200 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
