The person will be responsible to taking care of the sales and technical DI business for Malaysia. To maintain a high level of professional working relationship with our customers and business partners and achieve our DI target business growth. To enhance also our market share, market transparency and accountability by providing our products and solutions to valuable customers.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Focus on a structured, closed-loop sales approach using a "sales cell" model. This strategy aims to boost market coverage and increase market share by targeting specific customer segments and leveraging business partners and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Contribute to "Go/No-Go" decisions to ensure resources are deployed efficiently and profitably. The goal is to minimize project risks and avoid incorrect decisions by providing technical expertise and a clear understanding of project scopes.
  • Provide technical support during all phases of a sales contract, from initial negotiations to order finalization. This includes clarifying technical details with customers and consultants to prevent project risks and mistakes and sharing knowledge with the sales team and business partners.
  • Regularly update and maintain a project opportunity list and perform business planning. This provides management with a clear overview of the business situation and helps in setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to represent the company's interests and foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales performance.

You excel in:

  • A degree in Electronics & Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field is required.
  • You need at least one year of experience in both technical support and sales in the Northern region. FRESH GRADUATES are also encouraged to apply
  • The ability to lead and collaborate with other business units to manage accounts effectively is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AI technologies is a must. This includes programming languages like Python and R, as well as skills in machine learning, NLP, and data analysis.
  • You should have strong account management, negotiation, and presentation skills. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability is also important
