Description of the Position:
- To serve as point person for the Svoboda Center in systems administration for ongoing assessment and evaluation efforts
- To serve as a student leader for civic and community engagement work on campus by regularly sharing information about the Svoboda Center and other civic engagement opportunities with their peers and being a “go to” person with civic and community engagement expertise, including direct peer-to-peer support.

- Data reporting and data visualization
- Represent program at events
- Provide peer mentoring for students interested in service
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Svoboda Center Student Fellow - Systems Assistant will be asked to complete the following, including but not limited to:
- Gather, track, and analyze program data about Academic Civic Engagement and Community Based Work Study, along with institutional civic and community engagement efforts
- Coordinate data collection efforts of the other Svoboda Center Fellows
- Synthesize data and generate written and oral reports and data visualization to share with faculty and staff
- Represent the Svoboda Center at various students events throughout the year
- Provide 1-1 peer advising for students interested in volunteering and service
- Attend professional development on civic and community engagement (as schedule permits)
