Now Brewing – senior manager, Product, International Brand (Hybrid - U.S.)! #tobeapartner

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

We’re looking for a thoughtful, sharp, and agile Senior Manager to join the International Brand team to directly support our Product vertical. In this role, you’ll be a critical player in making global product innovation work smarter and faster, fueled by collective insight. Your role is to help us connect dots across the Beverage, Food, and Merchandise categories, and elevate the work emerging from international markets to inform global brand strategy. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of brand, product, and geography – and help scale ideas, frameworks, and insights across one of the world’s most recognizable consumer brands.

As a senior manager, International Brand, Product, you will…

· Leading Strategy: Develop and drive strategic product innovation and portfolio direction for global, regional, and market programming and initiatives.

· Insights to Prioritization: Leverage insights from data analytics and market research to make insights-driven recommendations on prioritization of opportunities and big bets.

· Thought Leadership: Track trends, customer insights, and innovation performance across BUs to help identify what’s gaining traction and what might scale across markets.

· Test-and-Learn Project Leadership: Partner with BUs to codify test and learn initiatives into shared playbooks that allow BUs to develop replicable processes and product platforms.

· Stakeholder Management: Inspire and influence cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders via partnership with support center, regional, and market-based teams to drive meaningful action to reach their full potential.

· Knowledge Sharing & Visibility: Manage product innovation and category forums that connect global and regional teams, ensuring visibility and coordination among regions to inform strategies and decision making.

· Global Brand Alignment: Ensure international product work ladders up to broader brand strategies and priorities—while also informing product pipelines and future priorities.

We’d love to hear from people with:

· 6-8+ years in brand, product, strategy, or insights roles – ideally within F&B, retail, CPG, or global multi-market businesses

· Strong experience navigating matrixed orgs and managing through influence

· Ability to build trust, credibility, and strong relationships with cross-functional partners at all levels within the organization

· A strategic lens – but also highly organized and operational

· Strong written and verbal storytelling skills – this role translates insights into impact

· Ability to handle ambiguity while translating ideas and/or problems to solve into action

· Curiosity, flexibility, and a bias towards action – we’re a lean team with a broad remit

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience

· Bonus: experience working with international teams, or in global-to-regional roles

As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. Partners have access to short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave, family expansion reimbursement, paid vacation from date of hire*, sick time (accrued at 1 hour for every 25 hours worked), eight paid holidays, and two personal days per year. Starbucks also offers eligible partners participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, a discounted company stock program (S.I.P.), Starbucks equity program (Bean Stock), incentivized emergency savings, and financial well-being tools. Additionally, Starbucks offers 100% upfront tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program via the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, student loan management resources, and access to other educational opportunities. You will also have access to backup care and DACA reimbursement. Starbucks will comply with any applicable state and local laws regarding employee leave benefits, including, but not limited to providing time off pursuant to the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act, and in accordance with its plans and policies. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
