About the team

The Stripe OS team is building the operating system that powers Stripe itself. As a core component of the Strategic Operations organization, we're shaping the way Stripes work, ensuring our most critical company priorities are supported at every turn. Our homegrown platform is the lifeblood of Stripe, with over 95% of engineering teams relying on our product suite weekly – and they're loving it (~80% report satisfaction!).

As a Product Manager on our team, you'll be driving the future of Stripe's internal operations. Your work will directly impact how we build the world's most innovative financial infrastructure, empowering teams to collaborate seamlessly, work smarter, and scale effortlessly as we continue our rapid growth. You'll transform deep user insights into a clear, impactful product vision, partnering with a dedicated engineering team to build solutions that supercharge our internal processes and systems. What you’ll do

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the product vision for internal tooling by diving deep into the needs of Stripe's diverse teams and transforming them into a concrete roadmap and actionable product requirements.
  • Champion product goals and provide updates to stakeholders, fostering alignment on vision and progress while maintaining transparency.
  • Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of enhancements and new tools. Collaborate across functions to eliminate roadblocks and achieve product objectives.
  • Engage directly with internal users to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring our tools meet their needs and elevate their performance.
  • Leverage analytics and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop KPIs to track progress towards internal efficiency and optimization goals.

Who you are

Minimum requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience building and shipping products is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, structuring ambiguous concepts clearly and from first principles
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different functions, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
  • Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Passion for and experience building internal tooling, productivity, and/or collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
  • Familiarity with project management tools and practices
  • Track record of successful AI/LLM integration in product features
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $214,300 - $321,500. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
