Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Owner at the Vice President level to lead the development, integration, and commercialization of a next-generation cash flow forecasting solution across our Transaction Banking businesses. This role will be pivotal in partnering with a leading fintech provider to integrate their cash flow forecasting capabilities into our core platform, Business Central.
The successful candidate will define and deliver the product roadmap, lead go-to-market initiatives, and drive adoption across multiple business lines, ensuring the solution scales effectively and delivers meaningful impact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Integration & Delivery: Partner with an external fintech to integrate a best-in-class cash flow forecasting platform into Business Central, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency.
- Go-to-Market & Migration Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan, including client migration strategies, to launch and scale the product successfully.
- Roadmap & Innovation: Define and own an innovative product roadmap that aligns with client needs, market opportunities, and business priorities. Continuously evolve the solution to maintain competitive differentiation.
- Cross-Business Adoption: Collaborate with relationship managers, product teams, operations, and technology partners to drive adoption of the cash flow forecasting solution across business lines.
- Scalability & Growth: Build a scalable model for product deployment and expansion, ensuring the solution is embedded across client segments and geographies.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, communications, and alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- Client-Centric Focus: Leverage client insights to refine the product offering, ensuring it delivers tangible value and enhances the client experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in product management, transaction banking, treasury, or fintech, with proven ability to deliver innovative digital products
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, forecasting, and working capital solutions
- Experience in go-to-market planning, product launch, and client migration
- Track record of successfully partnering with fintechs or third-party providers to integrate and scale digital solutions
- Ability to define and execute product roadmaps with a client-first mindset
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strategic thinker with an execution-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills
