Position Summary

The Department of Chemistry at Temple University is seeking applicants for a Research Assistant Professor position or a Postdoctoral Research Scholar to work in the laboratory of Professor Rongsheng (Ross) Wang. Daily operations include research and educating graduate students in the laboratory to experimentally pursue chemical synthesis or chemical biology, biochemistry, and cell biology experiments. Qualifications:

Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry/Biology/Biochemistry/Chemical Biology with demonstrated experience in chemical synthesis or chemical biology, protein engineering, enzymology, in vitro biochemistry/molecular biology, and cell assays. Experience in chemical proteomics, transcriptomics, protein pull-down & knock-in/knock-down assays or hard-core organic synthesis is preferred.
