Position Purpose:

The Brand Development Analyst assists in executing brand management initiatives for Home Depot private labels brand. Performs detailed analyses in relation to the merchandising product categories, customer analytics and brand growth initiatives to optimize market share, revenue and profitability. Serves as a liaison between Brand Development, On-line Marketing and Consumer Insights teams by facilitating communication and project planning. Serves as subject matter expert within assigned initiative scope. Projects would include digital brand marketing, consumer engagement social media analysis, generate on-line content for THD websites and assist in executing internal communication plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 50% Digital brand marketing program execution
  • 20% Customer engagement social media analytics
  • 20% Brand initiative analysis
  • 10% Other Brand Management Department projects, as assigned

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:

  • Position reports to the Sr Manager Brand
  • No direct responsibility for supervising others.

Travel Requirements:

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing, business or brand management experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Social Media marketing knowledge
  • Consumer research experience

Minimum Education:

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

  • No additional education

Starting pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered and location.

Hybrid – An associate in a hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual working to complete their job duties. An associate may be required to work from a designated Home Depot location on some days, and may work from a virtual/remote location on others. We also refer to this as location – flex.
