Pay Range

The pay range for this position is between $106,600.00 – $150,000.00.

Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. The Home Depot offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits, which may include a performance-based bonus program or a profit sharing program depending on position.

Key Responsibilities & Job Description:

  • Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.

  • Work with a team of analysts and software engineers to create cutting-edge web applications that are revolutionizing Home Depot's special order business.

  • Actively engage end-users and stakeholders to determine requirements and work quickly to turn specifications into quality deliverables. Work with the team to incorporate the latest technologies and tools to keep our skills current and our deliverables cutting-edge.

  • Establish reporting standards and best practices.

  • Architect and implement a reporting framework.

  • Oversee data mining efforts.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, UX designers and end-users to determine requirements. Data analysis, development of SQL scripts, stored procedures and triggers, and report generation.

  • Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data. Perform data cleansing and validation.

  • Prepare data load scripts for mass data load from various data sources. Use of varied database applications/analytical tools.

  • Enhancements/modifications to systems and procedures.

  • Telecommuting available.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Requires experience in the following:1. Python; 2. SQL; 3. R; 4. Tableau.

Remote/virtual – An associate in a remote/virtual role typically is not required to work from a designated Home Depot location to complete their job duties. Limited or infrequent in-office presence may be required. We also refer to this as location – independent.
