JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The College of Health and Human Development’s Department of Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management (RPTM) has a part-time opening for an individual to collaborate with faculty to develop an online credit course in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management, specifically related to snowsports management. Duties will include creating course content and working with an instructional design team to develop a fully online course. The work will begin immediately upon hire and continue through December 2025 or upon completion.
All work will be supervised by an RPTM faculty member and will be reviewed and approved by the Department of RPTM.
Compliance with Penn State policies related to intellectual property, courseware, and copyright provision is required.
Experience and knowledge in the field of snowsports management and training is required. Candidates will need to have a master’s degree, Ph.D, or equivalent experience.
