This position will support the Tech-Zone and will be on- site 100% of the time.
- Front-loaded Paid Time Off: 128 to 208 hours (16 to 26 days) of Paid Time Off based on years of service, given at the start of each fiscal year. PTO may be prorated in year one based on date of hire.
- Extended Illness Bank: 8 hours (1 day) accrued per month which can be used for illness or injury after one day of Paid Time Off is taken.
- Paid Family Leave: Up to 240 hours (6 weeks) to care for a spouse, child, or parent after 6 months of consecutive employment.
- Holidays: 12 set paid holidays each year.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to act with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy. Knowledge and experience with Customer Service practices. Must also be able to use all applications in Microsoft Office and able to use all office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, telephones and printers). Must have strong communication skills, advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Five years of related experience is required.
Provides support to customers, handles inquiries, and provides resolutions. Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels. May assist with researching and investigating complex inquiries and follows up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner. Maintains customer satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service, program knowledge, empathy and professionalism for area of specialization. Appropriately escalates customer dissatisfaction or the most complex issues. May act as a lead; mentors and guides less experienced representatives. Performs all other duties as assigned.
