About This Role

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves AI and actually uses it. Not someone who just knows the buzzwords but someone who has been hands on building things, experimenting with tools, and figuring out how to make workflows smarter and faster. This internship is for the person who sees a repetitive process and immediately thinks about how to automate it, or who hears a problem and starts sketching out an AI solution before the conversation is even over.

You will work directly with our team to look at how we currently do things across content, admin, and creative production, and then help us build systems that make those processes run better. That might mean setting up AI tools for content drafting, building automation workflows, creating internal tools that save our team hours every week, or experimenting with new platforms to see what could actually help us. There is a lot of room to bring your own ideas here.

What You Will Be Doing

You will audit our current internal processes and identify where AI can save us time or improve quality. You will research, test, and implement AI tools that are actually useful, not just trendy. You will build out automation workflows using platforms like Zapier, Make, or similar tools. You will help integrate AI into areas like content creation, scheduling, communication, and project management. You will document what you build so the team can actually use it and keep it running. You will bring ideas to the table and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

What We Are Looking For

You have hands on experience building with AI tools, whether that is ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, or others. You understand how to prompt well and how to connect tools together. You have worked with automation platforms or are eager to learn them quickly. You are a problem solver who does not wait to be told what to do. You communicate clearly and can explain technical stuff to people who are not technical. You are studying something relevant, whether that is computer science, data science, information systems, media tech, or anything adjacent, but we care more about what you have actually built than what your major is.

A Few Things to Know

This is an unpaid internship. We know that is a big ask and we do not take it lightly. What we offer in return is real experience, direct mentorship, creative freedom, the chance to build something you can actually put in your portfolio, and a front row seat to a growing company. Hours are flexible, anywhere from 15 to 40 hours per week depending on your availability and the projects we are working on. You can be part time or full time. We are hiring 4 people for this role.
