Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Credit Risk Analyst (Commercial Real Estate) (multiple positions) in San Francisco, CA.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions to support the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) regulatory systems and risk models.
  • Collaborate with quantitative analysts to develop the business automation workflow and stress testing system supporting the Commercial Real Estate portfolio.
  • Apply quantitative analytics and technical writing to support different model governance needs and risk management requirements.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources and translate data in summary reports and dashboards for management and business line partners.
  • Assess model risks and limitations and identify corrective actions for code transfer process.

Basic Qualifications:

Position requires a Master's degree in Data Science, Financial Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 1 year of experience as a Statistician, or in a related occupation.

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: (1) Financial services regulatory compliance; (2) Statistical analysis and modeling; (3) Credit risk modeling; (4) Regression techniques; (5) Parametric and non-parametric algorithms; (6) Python, SAS, and Power BI; and (7) Experience with a bank, lender, or financial services company. Teams may work from home and the office.

Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $111,987 - $153,800. (#LI-NDI #LI-DNI #LI-DNP #DE-DNP).
