Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager / Analyst to support the Elan credit card business line. This hybrid role combines traditional project management responsibilities with process automation and data analytics. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cross-functional initiatives, streamlining workflows through automation, and delivering actionable insights through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support projects of varying complexity, including partner website audits, legal contract reviews, and ad hoc research.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency using tools such as Excel macros, Power Automate, or other relevant technologies.
Extract, organize, and analyze data to generate insights that inform business decisions.
Assist in interpreting contract language and ensuring compliance with legal and business standards.
Monitor project performance against baselines and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain centralized documentation and support quality audits.
Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven solutions where applicable.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

- Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, RPA, scripting).

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to interpret and work with legal contract language.

- Curious and analytical mindset.

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

- Passionate about improving processes and driving efficiency.

Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Location Expectations

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
