Job Description
We have a great opportunity available to support the Product team for U.S. Bank’s Elavon organization. In this role, the successful candidate will serve as a business partner in day to day processes, analytical projects and financial reporting. The position has primary responsibility for ensuring that the Product team’s forecast and plan support U.S Bank’s and Elavon’s strategic priorities.
Essential Functions
- Prepare financial and managerial reporting, including analyzing actual results and creating forecasts, annual budgets and long-range plan.
- Create reporting and analysis to show the potential (and actual) impact of financial decisions, and create and report on financial metrics to measure success.
- Provide detailed tracking of spend against financial forecasts and integration plans for acquired subsidiaries.
- Work closely with business line leaders on their financials and provide recommendations to management based on financial and metrics performance.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with various groups in Elavon and across U.S. Bank.
- Work closely with Elavon accounting to ensure that month-end close entries are accurate and supported with appropriate documentation.
- Identify process improvements, proactively suggest new reporting or analysis to support the Elavon Product business line in strategic initiatives.
Location expectations
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of three (3) or more days per week.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically, three or more years of related experience

- Well-developed financial analysis, forecasting and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of General Ledger / Accounting systems and processes
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships

- Resourceful and self-motivated
- Demonstrate logical decision-making skills and utilize sound professional judgement

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
