- Drive Product Vision: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and business leaders to translate business goals into a clear technical vision. Your passion for building impactful products will guide the team in making technical decisions that directly contribute to our business's success.
- Lead and Mentor: Act as a force multiplier for the team, providing technical mentorship to senior engineers and helping to develop the next generation of technical leaders. You'll foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Influence Broadly: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, from fellow engineers to executive leadership. Your ability to build consensus and drive alignment will be critical in shaping the technical direction of the broader organization.
