Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements innovative program concepts, formats, and delivery methods that drive participant engagement and meet learning outcomes.
- Collaborates with Booth faculty and instructors to design and develop new and existing open enrollment programs, ensuring alignment with market needs and Booth's academic excellence.
- Oversees program design, management and delivery of open enrollment program team, ensuring high-quality execution and participant satisfaction. Ensures continued optimization of program delivery operational efficiencies.
- Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and learning impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Creates, manages and monitors high-quality, end-to-end customer experience workflows and operating metrics from pre-to-post open enrollment program journey.
- Analyzes program revenue growth and gross margin targets quarterly and year over year; identifies risks and implements corrective administration action when appropriate.
- Stays abreast of market trends, learning methods, and emerging program topics to inform program development and innovation; collaborates with Global Marketing and Enrollment team on new program concept demand testing, pilots and roll out.
- Leads open enrollment program management, delivery, and operations team; hires, onboards, trains, evaluates and supports staff with professional development.
- Manages and maintains contact with client organizations. Also engages in activities that promote programs, including speaking at professional and alumni gatherings, writing articles, and presenting papers.
- Develops and maintains program budgets, analyzes financial performance and implements corrective action when appropriate.
- Performs other related work as needed.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Master’s degree in relevant field.
Experience:
- A minimum ten years of relevant experience in leadership role managing learning and design for professional leaders or executive education.
- Background in customer success, consultative sales, and adult learning theory and practices in industry and academic institutions.
- Familiarity in industry beyond the talent, learning and development function.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), LMS (Canvas), and CRM (Salesforce).
- Proficiency utilizing generative AI tools for management and operations.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and diplomatically with peers and colleagues, as well as with participants, faculty and external clients in a multitude of communication methods, including in-person, email, and phone.
- Project management and continuous process improvement experience; analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend effective changes, all while achieving key objectives resulting in desired outcomes.
Working Conditions
- This position is currently expected to work a minimum three days per week in the office.
