Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Owns and drives execution of development activities aligned with strategic and operational priorities.
- Oversees operational reliability and performance of enterprise systems in designated domains.
- Proactively identifies and reports issues, providing suggestions for resolution.
- Provides technical leadership and code guidance to team members to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Pursues continuous professional growth to remain at the forefront of enterprise technology and development practices.
- Leads the design and end-to-end delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications.
- Directs root cause analysis efforts and proactively resolves complex technical challenges using advanced diagnostics.
- Performs code reviews and unit testing, and ensures adherence to implementation standards.
- Leads the support and maintenance of existing enterprise applications, including troubleshooting and user requests.
- Leads technical execution of key development initiatives aligned with project and operational plans.
- Leads analysts, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and defines system specifications.
- Analyzes business and technical requirements to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Evaluates design alternatives and recommends cost-effective, sustainable options.
- Leads change and release management strategies, ensuring enterprise-level readiness and minimizing risk to production systems.
- Develops and supports integrations between enterprise applications and external systems using APIs, middleware, and custom code.
- Serves as a senior technical advisor and implementation lead for ERP solutions, such as Supply Chain and Finance, to facilitate design, testing, and documentation.
- Leads the development of comprehensive test cases, system documentation, and deployment guides.
- Provides expertise in the development of technical documentation, configuration workbooks, and design specifications.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies, accessibility standards, and audit requirements.
- Champions innovation and continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and emerging technologies.
- Leads team standups and project meetings; communicates progress and raises risks or blockers.
- Provides feedback and ideas to improve team practices and support process optimization.
- Promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Performs other duties assigned to support the University’s enterprise applications and services operations.
- Guides requirements analysis, translating requirements into a scope document and developing reporting deliverables based on the design.
- Plans, tests and guides roll-out of patches and upgrades to the BI and analytic software. Solves problems in the development and interpretation of BI and analytics system standards and procedures.
- Performs other related work as needed.

Education :
- Bachelors degree.
Experience:
- Background in ERP systems management, implementation, or support.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), financials, and EPM.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as PL/SQL, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, and relational databases.
- Demonstrated leadership in ERP system implementations or large-scale integration efforts.
