Position Summary | This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Medication Access Program (MAP) to include the data entry and maintenance of information to determine the appropriate resource programs for post-transplant recipients and their healthcare providers. Also serves as a resource for Social Workers, Transplant Coordinators, Physicians and other healthcare professionals at various transplant centers throughout the State of Georgia. |
