Minimum Qualifications
Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in and supporting an enterprise ITSM or ESM solution such as TeamDynamix, ServiceNow, or SolarWinds
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (TeamDynamix, ServiceNow, SolarWinds
Position Summary
This position provides entry-level support for the development and administration of enterprise service management platforms and collaborative tools. The Associate will work under the supervision of the Application Analyst Specialist and Collaborative Tools team manager to support ITSM platforms, basic application configuration, user support, and documentation activities.

Support Enterprise Service Management Platform Operations
  1. Basic Configuration: Under supervision, assist with basic platform configurations such as form modifications, user group assignments, and standard workflow adjustments.
  2. Documentation Maintenance: Update and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and process documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  3. Quality Assurance: Execute test cases developed by senior team members, document results, and report issues for resolution.

  1. System Monitoring: Monitor basic system performance metrics and alert senior staff to potential issues or anomalies.
  2. User Management: Create user accounts, assign basic permissions, and manage user group memberships under established procedures.
  3. Routine Maintenance: Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as data cleanup, report generation, and system health checks.
  4. Change Management Support: Document and track changes to production systems following established change management procedures.

  4. Vendor Communication: Participate in vendor calls and meetings, document key points, and assist with basic vendor management activities.
