Laboratory Research Technician

The Ha lab at the University of Pittsburgh, Department of Biological Sciences, studies how organellar ion channels regulate cellular physiology and contribute to disease mechanisms in organs such as the kidney, liver, and brain. We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Research Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist with molecular biology, cell culture, and genetic experiments supporting our studies of ion channel function and organelle physiology. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry or a related field, and 1 year of experience in genotyping.
