HCM Solutions Analyst - Interfolio/HCM (remote)

In this role, you’ll provide advanced support for Interfolio and related HRIS platforms, including system implementation, configuration, optimization, and end-user support. You’ll partner with HR, Faculty Affairs, and academic leaders to ensure systems meet organizational needs while driving efficiency and compliance
Required qualifications:
- 5–6 years of progressive experience in HR functional areas, with a strong focus on Interfolio or other applicant tracking/faculty lifecycle platforms.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Interfolio or similar systems (configuration, customization, troubleshooting).
- Proven ability to gather requirements, configure systems, conduct testing, document processes, and provide end-user support.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage major projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in cross-functional initiatives, providing expertise on recruiting and faculty systems.
Configure, maintain, and enhance Interfolio modules, including Faculty Search, Review, Promotion & Tenure.
Build and manage faculty lifecycle workflows, such as hiring, appointment, reappointment, promotion, and tenure reviews.
Partner with departments to streamline committee review processes, document management, and dossier submissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve Interfolio issues, escalating to vendor support when necessary.
Oversee system integrations between Interfolio and other enterprise applications.
Review, test, and implement configuration changes or enhancements to ensure quality and compliance.
Develop and deliver training resources for faculty, staff, administrators, and analysts.
Advise HR and academic leaders on best practices for leveraging Interfolio to improve efficiency, compliance, and reporting.
Monitor system usage and performance, recommending improvements based on data and user feedback.

Job Summary

Generally sedentary desk work with computer-keyboard-video phone other than traveling to other buildings on campus for meetings/events on occasion. Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
