In this role, you'll provide support for our HRIS platforms, including system testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support. You'll partner with HR, IT, and business groups to ensure systems meet organizational needs while driving efficiency and compliance.

• 1 year of experience in HR functional areas, preferably with exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM or equivalent platforms.
• Basic understanding of HR operations such as payroll processing, benefits administration, recruiting and onboarding, employee lifecycle, performance management, or similar (experience may come from coursework, internships, or administrative support roles).
• Awareness of employment laws, data privacy (e.g. HIPAA, GDPR), and HR policies.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems, with limited hands-on experience in system configuration or process optimization (Oracle Cloud HCM or Taleo preferred).
• Ability to interpret HR data, assist with reporting, and identify potential workflow improvements
Job Summary
Works with business groups to solve basic problems using technology. Assists with business processes analysis and conducts testing. Assists in documenting procedures and with helping more senior business analysts with more complex projects.
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and baseline issue resolution for Oracle Cloud HCM and Taleo.
• Document findings and escalate more complex issues to experienced analysts.
• Provide basic user support, collect feedback, and recommend workflow enhancements.
• Follow structured testing procedures for system enhancements and upgrades.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in HR system data.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system processes, test results, and user feedback.
• Support audits and compliance efforts by keeping accurate records and tracking changes.
• Gain exposure to HR processes (payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, etc.) and how they integrate into Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Conduct basic reporting and data analysis to support HR decision-making.
• Support requirement gathering by working with HR, IT, and business groups to document system needs.
• Participate in meetings, document changing business requirements, and seek input as needed.
• Stay curious and take initiative in learning Oracle Cloud HCM and other relevant tools.
• Maintain a growth mindset, continuously improving technical and functional knowledge.
Little physical effort required. Duties are primarily sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
