Job Summary
Conducts research assessments on study participants. Assists with and adheres to Institutional Review Board (IRB) renewal, modification, and approved protocols. Assists with training staff. Ensures adherence to protocols and corrects issues with data collection.
- Wet lab bench work including but not limited to RT-PCR, Western blot, Cell Culture, Nucleic Acid preparation, immunohistochemistry
- Cell culture experience mandatory, Primary and established cell lines and organoids preferred
- Preferred experience in animal research
- Preferred experience in DNA and RNA sequencing
- Ordering
- Support of students and residents in the laboratory
- Freezer management
- General lab management
