Responsibilities:

Job Summary
The role of technical assistant will assist with maintaining a consistent and effective workflow for the Brisson laboratory. Supporting lab research focused on pea aphid evolutionary genetics and assisting with mandatory maintenance in regards to the husbandry of the laboratory specimens.

Job Description
The lab is looking for a lab assistant to wash dishes and aphid cages, water plants, plant seeds, assist with general lab maintenance and additional tasks as assigned.

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
