$18.65 - $26.11The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSEMaintains and audits digital operating systems that manage menus, nutritional data, allergen information, and the recipe database. Inputs selected menus into the system, ensuring ingredient accuracy and alignment with directives from the culinary team. Conducts regular audits of vendor data to verify accurate coding for inventory tracking and nutritional compliance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Enters newly developed recipes from the Culinary Team into the digital menu management system with accuracy and consistency. Updates and modifies existing recipes based on guidance and revisions provided by the Culinary Team. Identifies and resolves product linking issues within the system. Runs and analyzes reports to troubleshoot and correct data discrepancies. Participates in recipe development sessions to ensure real-time documentation and accurate tracking of ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional components. Audits incoming vendor item data to ensure accurate tagging and integration, enabling proper nutritional and inventory coding. Collaborates with the Nutritionist to confirm that all allergen information is correctly coded and reflected in the recipe software.
- Performs regular walkthroughs of food service areas to update digital signage with last-minute menu changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with actual offerings. Generates detailed recipe reports for the Nutritionist to support menu variety, compliance, and nutritional standards. Ensures all digital signage reflects correct menu items, descriptions, and dietary information to support a clear and consistent guest experience. Collaborates with the Culinary and Operations teams during menu development sessions to accurately capture and input the intended food service presentation into the signage system.
- Acts as the subject matter expert on national menu labeling regulations, ensuring compliance across all digital and printed materials. Collaborates with team members to verify that all signage accurately displays required information, including nutritional details and allergens. Conducts regular audits of food service locations to confirm that displayed menus reflect items being served. Makes timely updates as needed based on operational changes. Oversees the item signage system, providing support and guidance to operations teams for ongoing maintenance and content accuracy.
- Maintains up-to-date ingredient information within the inventory system to support accurate and timely inventory processes. Regularly reviews and cleans the inventory database, removing outdated or irrelevant data to ensure system accuracy. Assigns food categories to designated inventory areas and assists the Operations Team in organizing and maintaining accurate inventory counting sheets. Updates pricing data in inventory records to reflect current, true food costs for accurate financial tracking and reporting.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of data entry experience required.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, a food-related service, or a related field preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Menu software background preferred.
- Inventory experience preferred.
- Nutritional and recipe building experience preferred.
LICENSES AND CERTIICATIONS
- ServSafe certification within 1 year of hire required.
