Under general supervision performs and/or coordinates installation, maintenance and modification of assigned Health System applications to meet customer and Health System requirements.
Acts as the liaison between the operational or functional user areas, vendors and other technical staff.
Communicates technical requirements to teammates and management and provides assistance to teammates in an effort to enhance the overall services provided by the team.
Maintains or develops application and process documentation.
Responsibilities and tasks are completed according to established standards with minimal supervision within the assigned timeframe. Includes leading projects, developing project and test plans, and use of service management tools.
Solutions developed or modified are thoroughly tested to prevent production implementation problems.
Communicates appropriately and professionally at all time.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 5 years relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Licensure: None required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly.
