About the Role As a Reporting Analyst on the Reporting & Analytics (R&A) team, you’ll be part of the group that empowers the UW community through access to high-quality institutional data. You’ll work with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Payroll to shape Workday reporting solutions that improve operations and decision-making across the university. You’ll: Gather and translate user requirements for new and existing Workday reports and dashboards. Collaborate with report developers to deliver accurate, actionable data. Support testing, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts. Help faculty, staff, and students make data-informed decisions. What We’re Looking For Required: Desired: Why Join UW-IT?
