At UW Information Technology (UW-IT), we support this mission by providing critical technology services to students, faculty, staff, and researchers across all three campuses and UW Medicine. We’re currently seeking a Senior Workday Application System Engineer to join our dynamic Workday Finance Application Management team. This team plays a crucial role in supporting the university’s Workday Finance platform, with a focus on modules like Procurement, Grants, Banking/Settlement, and Core Finance. In this role, you will: Lead Tier 3 support for Workday Finance—specifically in Grants—troubleshooting complex issues and driving resolution. Configure and maintain the Workday application to meet evolving university needs. Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure system functionality, accuracy, and compliance. Analyze business processes, evaluate improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements. Support system testing, documentation, and training efforts to ensure smooth operations.
