This role supports the Global Securities Lending Program, assisting with day‑to‑day operational activities across the securities lending trade lifecycle in International markets, with a particular focus on EMEA.

The position is suited to someone looking to build experience in securities lending operations, settlements, and risk awareness within a collaborative team environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the smooth settlement of stock loan trades by assisting with activities such as collateral processing, monitoring new loan settlements, processing returns, and helping manage broker recalls.
• Assist with the reconciliation and processing of mandatory corporate actions, ensuring events are captured and processed accurately.
• Support the execution of voluntary corporate actions by monitoring elections and communicating with counterparties under guidance from senior team members.
• Help identify operational issues and escalate breaks or discrepancies appropriately, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and controls.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from the trading desk and other internal partners, supporting the team’s overall operational effectiveness.
• Follow established controls, policies, and procedures to support risk mitigation and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
