What you'll do

• Review and validate entity-level sustainability disclosures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory and voluntary frameworks.
• Align ESG content across internal and external reports, regulatory filings, and global communications.
• Benchmark disclosures against peers, propose enhancements, and document rationale to maintain a single, clear voice.
• Challenge ESG data validation, review methodologies, and ensure transparent reporting of assumptions and limitations.
• Act as a governance checkpoint prior to final approval, supporting annual updates and new regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to embed the disclosure oversight capability and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

• Experience in sustainability or ESG reporting, including regulatory frameworks such as TCFD, CSRD, SFDR, and familiarity with sustainability reports and management practices.
• Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and oversight to ensure consistency and clarity of disclosures.
• Knowledge of ESG data and reporting standards, including PCAF, and experience working with platforms such as Workiva (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams, manage stakeholders, and identify risks to maintain alignment and governance.
• Strategic, proactive, and self-motivated, capable of driving continuous improvement and embedding new disclosure processes.
