You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product and key business stakeholders to bring bold ideas to life across media, social, owned channels, and internal platforms. You know how to spot a story, turn insights into headlines, and build narratives that resonate with everyday investors.
In this role, you will:
- Design and execute integrated communications campaigns that support Vanguard’s vision and strategic priorities.
- Create compelling, high‑impact content for media, social, and internal channels.
- Manage consumer communications initiatives end‑to‑end, from strategy to measurement, ensuring flawless delivery.
- Provide expert advice to business partners and ensure message consistency across teams and channels.
- Analyse performance metrics and apply insights to continually optimise our approach.
- 7+ years’ experience in communications, journalism, PR, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success leading B2C communications campaigns, ideally within financial services, superannuation, or consumer investing.
- A strategic thinker with a strong creative instinct, able to span big‑picture planning and hands‑on execution.
- Exceptional writing skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Strong media relationships and the ability to turn data, research, and consumer insights into meaningful PR opportunities.
- Experience working across digital platforms, including social content and creator‑led campaigns.
