AI Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, build and maintain production-grade AI services, APIs and platforms used across European technology teams
• Develop AI-enabled developer tooling, SDKs and agent-based workflows to embed AI into the software development lifecycle
• Support engineering teams in adopting AI-driven practices through hands-on pairing, workshops and embedded delivery support
• Collaborate with AI, platform, security and compliance teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and meet regulatory requirements
• Produce proofs of concept and reference implementations demonstrating practical, production-ready AI engineering approaches
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks and models, translating them into usable capabilities and contributing to architecture and design discussions

What you bring

• Software Engineer with 3-6 years' experience building production software solutions
• Hands-on experience creating real applications using large language models, with interest in scaling AI adoption across teams
• Strong programming ability in at least one of Java, Python, NodeJS or TypeScript
• Experience working with cloud-native architectures and modern software engineering practices
• Familiarity with AI/ML APIs, tools and integrating LLM capabilities into applications
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to support and influence engineering teams in a cross-functional environment
