As the Technical Product Manager of Trade Management, you will lead the strategic vision and roadmap for a critical suite of products that support post trade processing – an important part of the trading lifecycle. Your role will involve anticipating challenges and collaborating with the Fund Ecosystem Senior Leadership team, internal and external stakeholders, and your fellow product managers, to ensure seamless execution of the long-term strategy.

Trade Management Product Manager:

1. Leads technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product. Participates in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.

2. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.

3. Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.

4. Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.

5. Leads the planning, development and implementation of new technical products. Defines and analyzes technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.

6. Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.

7. Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.

8. Participates in the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.

9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. Minimum of five years related work experience.

  • Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.

  • Deep understanding of investment operations and post-trade processes, systems, and operational workflows required. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
