- Preparing and processing orders, addendums, and invoice verifications
- Entering and maintaining data in internal systems
- Contacting customers by phone to request missing information
- Checking data for completeness and accuracy
- Collaborating with internal departments to clarify and coordinate data and processes
- Supporting the optimization of data entry processes
