Job Description

Under the direction and guidance of the Corporate Sustainability Senior Manager, the Sustainability Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the advancement of the company’s corporate sustainability strategy, programs, and key initiatives. The senior analyst will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. real estate, procurement, HR, ERM, compliance, client services) to embed sustainable practices into core business functions. This position will contribute to a wide array of projects including the development of the annual Corporate Responsibility Report, coordination of data collection and disclosure to sustainability assessments, support the annual greenhouse gas emissions inventory, update human rights disclosures, among others.

This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background and passion for sustainability. The ideal candidate will bring excellent data analysis capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their experience working in team-based environments and contributing to high-quality sustainability deliverables.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

Sustainability Data Management and Disclosure

  • Coordination of annual sustainability assessments (e.g. CDP, EcoVadis, ISS, etc.), including engagement with subject matter experts on the collection, validation, maintenance, and reporting of necessary information.
  • Strong understanding and ability to monitor/interpret applicable global sustainability frameworks, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards (e.g. SASB, ISSB, CSRD, SBTi, GHG Protocol, etc.).
  • Develop and continuously improve processes to ensure completion of all assurance and disclosure requirements.
  • Support team on greenhouse gas emissions inventory, including third-party verification and furthering climate strategy.

Cross-functional Engagement and Collaboration

  • Partner with teams across the business to support the integration of sustainability into business operations and policies.
  • Support the development and execution of the annual Corporate Responsibility Report, including content coordination and data integration.

  • Coordinate with communication team to collect stories, case studies, and impact metrics for sustainability communications.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking sustainability-related insights, tools, or guidance.

  • Drive employee engagement in sustainability initiatives by developing and delivering educational programs and supporting company-wide events such as Earth Week.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Management or equivalent; Master’s degree in a similar field preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in corporate sustainability, sustainability reporting, project management, compliance, or sustainability-related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience with sustainability concepts, frameworks, disclosures, and ratings agencies (e.g. GHG Protocol, SASB, IFRS, CSRD, CDP, EcoVadis, ISS).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of global environmental regulations.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to perform detailed data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Proficient at maintaining detailed records, managing documentation processes, and ensuring information is accurate and well-organized.
  • A clear passion and commitment to sustainable business practices.
  • A willingness to learn, be flexible, and adapt as needed.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and data management tools.
