As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be a senior contributor on a cross-functional engineering team, delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across the full stack. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and build resilient software for complex business domains.

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack engineer with strong .NET expertise and end-to-end SDLC ownership. You excel at modernizing architectures, building scalable systems, and driving engineering best practices while collaborating closely with actuarial, underwriting, and product teams.

This role offers the opportunity to influence technical strategy, lead modernization initiatives, and drive innovation through emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic AI.

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be a senior contributor on a cross-functional engineering team, delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across the full stack
  • 5–7 years of experience building large-scale, production-grade software applications.

  • Strong expertise in full-stack development using C#, .NET, and Angular or React.

  • Solid experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases.

  • Experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs.

  • Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.

  • Familiarity with microservices and micro-frontend architectures is a plus.

  • Demonstrated passion for learning new tools, languages, and development workflows.

  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence and growth.

  • Lead full-stack development across the entire SDLC, from design through deployment.

  • Design, build, and deliver scalable distributed systems that drive strong user experiences and business outcomes.

  • Own application and platform architecture, championing modernization, best practices, and innovative solutions.

  • Ensure high standards for performance, reliability, security, uptime, and code quality.

  • Collaborate with internal customers, research, and business teams as a technical liaison, translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Perform hands-on development while architecting data processing, analytics, and integration solutions.

  • Participate fully in agile delivery, including design, implementation, and release.

  • Develop next-generation user interfaces and microservice-based integrations.

  • Build primarily with .NET Core, Angular, Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis, and REST APIs.
