You will be part of a claims administration team responsible for: handling incoming correspondence via mailbox and/or system, creating and updating claims ensuring accuracy, raising payments, completing monthly spreadsheet returns and other claims administrative tasks. As a Senior Analyst, you will likely have additional responsibilities to support your manager.

• Coaching & Development: As a Subject Matter Expert, you will oversee coaching and training to help the team members develop their competency, skills and confidence. Assisting them with technical queries and providing guidance to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team performance. Work with the Manager to review team audit trends to identify commonality of error.
• Operational Contribution: Actively participate in day-to-day tasks alongside the team to maintain performance and lead by example. Ensuring you are working to a high standard of quality on work produced to meet both internal and external audit requirements.
• Leadership: To lead the team and manage service levels, answering internal and external queries and/or complaints and ensuring service standards are met in the absence of the team Manager.
