We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytically minded Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and subject‑matter experts to transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large data sets, translating business questions into analytical solutions, and communicating results clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

We are in search for a Data Analyst to join our team remotely in the USA!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 2+ years in a data analyst or business intelligence role
  • Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts (regression, variance, distributions, hypothesis testing)
  • Experience building dashboards/reports using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong attention to data quality, validation, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, property, construction, or risk analytics
  • Familiarity with property estimating data, claims data, or pricing models (materials, labor, regional costs)
  • Experience supporting product, pricing, or model development teams
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
  • Exposure to data modeling concepts and version‑controlled analytics workflows

  • Extract, clean, and analyze large and complex data sets to support business initiatives.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, pipelines, and datasets for reporting and analytics.
  • Use analytical programming languages such as Python or R to perform data manipulation, statistical analysis, and modeling.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate trends and insights.
  • Partner with product managers, data engineers, and domain experts to define analytical requirements and metrics.
  • Translate business problems into structured analytical approaches and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation, documentation, and quality controls.
  • Support product, pricing, and model development teams with data‑driven recommendations.
