The ISO unit of Verisk is looking for Data Analytics Team Lead to support our Financial Analysis team, which is focused on analyzing USA Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry performance for internal and external stakeholders.
You will lead the team that conducts end-to-end data analytics processes (from collecting the data, through verification & validation, to presetting results). The role focuses on supporting daily day‑to‑day operations while also identifying, proposing, and driving improvements to existing processes.

5+ years of experience in data analysis, including leadership or team management responsibilities.
Strong analytical toolkit, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting) and working knowledge of SQL and Python (basic to intermediate).
Ability to lead and develop a team, effectively delegating tasks while remaining hands-on when needed.
Experience managing complex projects and collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business decisions.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Fluent English (minimum B2)

- Process Improvement: Ensure that data analysis processes are continually improved to meet changing business needs.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to align project goals and resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering skill development and career growth.
