We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team and work on a well‑established, market‑leading software platform within the London insurance market. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high‑quality, scalable solutions while collaborating with international, cross‑functional teams.
- Strong experience developing enterprise applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Solid background in SQL Server, including advanced SQL querying, data modelling, and performance tuning
- Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Self‑driven, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and frontend solutions using C# and Microsoft technologies
- Contribute to architectural decisions and promote best practices across the development team
- Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code with strong unit and integration test coverage
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and remote teams to deliver high‑quality software on time
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and databases
- Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies
- Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps and cloud‑based solutions (AWS)
- Mentor and support junior developers, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing
- Assist with third‑level support and contribute to technical documentation when required
