The Procurement Category Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of a portfolio of strategic and high-value software suppliers, shaping and executing category strategies that drive business performance, resilience, and long-term value. This role requires a deep understanding of supplier markets, commercial models, and risk, with accountability for supplier performance, governance, and value realization. The successful candidate will proactively identify cost optimization opportunities, mitigate risk, and influence senior stakeholders to support business objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Significant experience in a similar role within IT/Software procurement, ideally in a global or matrixed organization
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives within the Software category, including complex negotiations and contract management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions
- Fluent English
We offer a hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Kraków office.

- Act as a trusted strategic partner to stakeholders, supporting them across the full contract lifecycle
- Provide expert guidance on procurement activities, including leading RFx processes where appropriate

Support the company’s acquisition & divestment to assure supplier & contract integration activities for the spend categories.
- Translate business demand into clear sourcing priorities aligned with category strategy
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and compliance with governance standards
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, cost, and risk to ensure accountability and continuous value delivery
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors, internal partners and operational teams
